List of Dashboards

The dashboard page lists all the dashboards that the user has access to.

Depending on the user’s role, assigned permissions, and shared dashboards, the listing page will display the following dashboards

• Dashboards Created by the User - Self designed dashboards.

• Dashboards Shared with the User - Dashboards created by other users and shared with the logged in user.

• Solution Dashboards - Dashboards of published solutions.

• Sample Dashboards - These are preconfigured dashboards provided for guidance and reference purposes.

Access to Dashboards by Roles and Permissions

Key Features

• Dashboards can be viewed in either a card layout or a tabular layout. The default view is set to the card layout.

• Each dashboard is listed with a title and a background image (if applied).

• Users can quickly filter dashbaords by the title. Partial search on title is allowed.

• Clicking the card or the row (tabular layout) opens the dashboards in view mode.

• In the card layout, quick action buttons to edit or view the dashboard in presentation mode appear when you hover over the dashboard's background image.

• Actions like Edit, Delete, Copy, and others can be done through the three vertical dots in both the card and tabular layouts.

The options that you see depend upon the permissions that you have. For e.g. if you do not have the edit permissions on a dashboard, you will not see the Edit and the Design options.
