Use Dashboard for Presentations

Dashboards are powerful tools for presenting data-driven insights in meetings and decision-making discussions. Unlike static slides, dashboards provide real-time, interactive visualizations, making them ideal for engaging presentations.

Dashboards in ViewZen Analytics can be used in presentation mode. All the interactivity that is available in the dashboard in the view mode is also available in presentation mode. Additionally, in presentation mode, users

• Get cleaner, more focussed view: The left sidebar menu is hidden to maximize the dashboard's visibility and provide a cleaner, more focused view.

• Can use keyboard arrow keys to navigate: The keyboard arrow keys offer a convenient way to navigate back and forth the different slides (sheets) of the dashboard.

To open a dashboard in ViewZen Analytics in Presentation mode, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Dashboard: Find the dashboard you want to view in either the card or tabular layout.

2. Presentation Mode Button:

   1. Hover over the dashboard and click on the "Presentation Mode (Play)" icon or

   2. Click on the three vertical dots (options menu) located in the bottom right corner of the dashboard card or the table row. From the dropdown menu, select the Present option.

Alternatively, you can open the dashboard in Edit or View mode and switch to the Present mode.
