Appverse Left Sidebar Menu (Apps)

Depending on your role in the organization, the Apps page will display

a. A List of Apps you have ccess to

b. An option to "Create, Edit or Delete an App"

Permissions to create, edit and view Apps

Not everyone has access to all the functions provided under the Apps menu. Access to the various functionalities under the "Apps" menu is strictly controlled based on the user's permissions for that resource.

A listing of the functionalities and permissions required to access them is given below

View an App	"View" permissions are required to view apps "Created by the User" or "Shared with the User"	Not required	Not required	At least one "Form" of the App must be allocated to the User.

What is an App in Appverse

In AppVerse, an App refers to a digital application that is designed to perform specific tasks or functions for its users. An app in AppVerse is essentially a functional unit that enables users to accomplish various tasks digitally and efficiently with minimal coding and in quick time.

What types of Apps can be created in Appverse

Appverse is suitable for creating Apps for the following purposes

1. Business Applications – Applications for managing tasks, data, and workflows within an organization (e.g., CRM, project management).

2. Custom Solutions – Tailored apps created to address specific needs or problems within the organization.

3. Integrated / Extension Apps – Apps that work alongside other platforms or services to provide enhanced functionality (e.g., ERPs, analytics, reporting tools).

4. Prototype Apps – Apps that mirrors the functionality and workflows of your intended application and can be used for prototyping.
