In Appverse, Forms can be attached to multiple report templates, allowing users to generate various types of reports based on the data collected within the form. Each report template can be designed for a specific purpose to present the form data in a specific layout, format, or structure. For example, one report template might display the data in a detailed tabular format, while another might summarize the key data points.
In the Report Template settings, you can provide
Select Report Template - The report template that needs to be attached to this form.
Name - This is used for the Report Name.
Mappings - Mappings can be used to link a dynamic variable in the report template to the corresponding field in the form. All fields that have a corresponding mapping between the report template and the form must be mapped. Click '+Add Mappings' to add a new mapping. To remove a mapping, click the red 'X' button. To clear the current mapped value and select a new one, click the 'X' button in the input field.
Variable - This refers to the dynamic variable in the report template.
Question - This refers to the field in the form.
Add - Use the "+ Add" button to add multiple report templates.
You can have as many child forms linked to a parent form as are required. For example, in case of an invoice form, you may have the following report templates
Invoice Template in 1 column format
Invoice Template in 2 column format
