Edit a Dashboard

To edit a dashboard in ViewZen Analytics, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Dashboard: Find the dashboard you want to edit in either the card or tabular layout.

2. Edit Button:

   1. Hover over the dashboard and click on the "edit" icon or

   2. Click on the three vertical dots (options menu) located in the bottom right corner of the dashboard card or the table row. From the dropdown menu, select the Design option.

3. Make Changes: Step 2 will open the dashboard in an editable mode, allowing you to make changes to the layout, data sources, visuals, and other elements such as properties, filters etc. Modify the dashboard as needed. You can add or remove visuals, update charts, adjust filters, change the layout, or alter the data sources.

The edit option can be used to add a background image to a dashboard, renam a dashboard or create a new version of the existing dashboard.

To Edit the dashboard, you should be in "Designer" mode.

Note: Ensure you have the appropriate permissions to edit the dashboard.
