The starting point of any journey is figuring out where to start itself. The first step in working with ViewZen products also is knowing where to begin.

Why Register

ViewZen products are available for free trials. You pay us only when you are ready to use our products. We understand that when you choose to explore ViewZen, you are likely to have specific goals, and our aim is to help you progressively work toward achieving them. Registering allows us to identify you, create a personalized workspace for you, and ensure that we know where to pick you up from.

Registration with ViewZen is distinct from subscription. During registration, we only collect the essential information needed to verify your identity—no personal details beyond that. You won’t be asked for payment information, and we do not initiate any paid subscriptions without your explicit action and knowledge.

With a single registration, you'll gain access to all of our products and their features. You get access to products that allow you to create your own applications, import your data for use or analysis, and design impressive dashboards to share with other users. You'll also be able to explore our marketplace, which offers solutions built on the ViewZen platform that can be used as-is upon subscription. Access to certain products and solutions in the marketplace may be restricted or limited. However, this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to access or try them. Simply reach out to us with your intended purpose, and we’ll enable a guided tour and access for you.

Occasionally, you may notice small differences between the images in this user guide and the actual product, solution, or features. Since the product and features are continually evolving, they may be ahead of the guide. Rest assured, we are actively working to update the user guide to ensure it closely aligns with the latest version of the product, solution or features.

Register

Signing up for ViewZen is a simple process. You can register using either your mobile number or email address. All we need is your full name and a preferred username. You’ll also need to agree to our terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy. Additionally, you can choose to receive periodic updates about new products, solutions, changes, enhancements, and features.

We recommend registering with your email address. If you're located outside of India, please register exclusively using your email.

Verify

Only verified accounts are activated

Once you submit your signup request, you will receive an email or SMS (depending on your chosen signup method) to verify your email address or phone number. The message will contain a button or a verification link. Clicking the “Verify Email or SMS” link will take you to a webpage where you can set your password and enter any other required details. After completing this, your account will be automatically activated, and you will receive a welcome email or SMS. Be sure to keep this Welcome Email, as it contains important instructions on how to secure your account, along with links to our support and community resources.

Not received the verification email

• Sometimes, the verification email may end up in your SPAM folder. Make sure to check your SPAM folder.

• Not in SPAM folder. You can try to sign up again.

Please note that verification emails are valid only for a short duration of time and will expire once the specified time has passed. If this happens, you can sign up again using the same email or mobile number to restart the process.

Sign In

Once your account is activated, you can sign in using your

• username or

• email address or

• phone number

provided during registration, along with your password.

If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled, you will need to set it up using an authenticator App. After setup, for future logins, you will be required to enter the TOTP as an additional security step.
