In Appverse, data formatting rules allow you to set the display attributes of form data cells and rows, such as color, font size, and font style when records for the form are displayed in the data management page. These rules help enhance the visual presentation of data, improving readability and user experience."
In the Data Formatting settings, you can set the following
Conditions - In data formatting rules, conditions allow you to define specific criteria that trigger the rule when met. For example, you can set a condition to display the background color of an order in green only if the 'Order Status' is marked as 'Completed.' To learn more about setting up conditions, refer to "Conditions in Appverse".
Type - The 'Type' field determines whether the data formatting rule applies to a specific data cell or the entire row.
Background Color - Specifies the background color to be used.
Font Size - Specifies the font size to be used.
Color - Specifies the font color to be used.
Tooltip - Specified the tooltip to be displayed.
Select Target Column - This field is displayed only when the 'Type' is set to 'Cell.' In such cases, it is used to identify the specific data cell.
Font Style - Style (Bold, Italics, Underline) can be specified here.
Add - Use the "+ Add" button to add multiple data formatting rules.
