The Current Organization section displays the name of the current organization and the role of the user in that organization.
The current organization refers to the organization that the user is actively accessing or logged into. When you switch to a new organization, it becomes your current organization as you are now actively accessing its resources.
The Organization Information section allows users to edit and update their oganization details. However, the username, phone number and email of the account owner, which were verified during account creation and serve as key identifiers, cannot be changed. All other fields can be updated by the user.
Why am I not able to change my organization logo?
Only the account owner or users with authorization to edit "Tenant" resources are allowed to change the organization logo. Click on "Roles and Permissions" for more information.

We may introduce additional options in the future.
This section enforces manadatory security policies on all users within the organization. Organizations policies can be used to
enable Multi Factor Authentication for all users - If Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled, users will be required to enter a TOTP after successfully verifying their password.
TOTP generated on any standard authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator can be used. Click on "Multi Factor Authentication" for step by step process for setting up MFA
Enforce Password Change (Password Expiry) - Users can define the timeframe for mandatory password change prompts. Once the password expires, they must set a new password before logging in
What takes Precedence - Organization Policies or Individual Policies
On the ViewZen Platform, organization policies take precedence over individual policies. For example, if the organization has enabled multi-factor authentication, users will not be able to modify "My Account Policies" to disable the multi-factor authentication.
How are Policy Conflicts resolved in Multi-Organization Membership?
At the user level, policies may conflict, especially if the user is a member of multiple organizations. If a user belongs to multiple organizations, each with different policies, each policy is evaluated separately, and the most restrictive policy is applied.
For example, if one organization enforces a mandatory password change every 30 days and another enforces it every 60 days, the user will be required to change their password every 30 days, as it is the more restrictive policy.
A user on the ViewZen platform can be a member of multiple organizations simultaneously. They can access all these organizations through a single account and login. The user may have different roles in each organization, and the roles and permissions assigned determine the functionalities the user can access.
If you are a member of multiple organizations, the organizations other than your current one will be listed under "Other Organizations You Collaborate With." You can switch to any of these organizations at any time.
