# Bubble Series This series becomes active when a bubble series is selected for a measure in the Y-axis. ## Key Properties The following properties can be set for a bubble series ### Bubble Size **Bubble size** refers to the size of the individual bubbles in a bubble chart, where each bubble represents a data point. ### Background Background Color can be used to provide a fill color for the bubble. Opacity can be used to control the color transparency. ### Bubble Border This property can be used to control the outline of the bubble and its style and color. * **Width** - Higher the value thicker is the outline. * **Style** - Outline can be solid, dashed or dotted. * **Color** - Specifies the color of the outline. {% hint style="info" %} ***A size of 0 or a style set to "None" will remove the outline.*** {% endhint %}
