Standard Roles

In ViewZen, the following standard roles are supported

1. Owner

2. Administrator

3. Creator

4. Viewer

These roles and permissions are automatically seeded for a new user account when a new user signs up.

Standard Roles cannot be modified by any user, nor can the permissions associated with these roles be altered.

Owner

The owner has full permissions for all ressources.

Administrator

The administrator has the same permissions as the owner, with the exception that they cannot delete a user or a user group that was not created by them.

Administrator

Creator

The Creator role has the following permissions

Accounts	Appverse	Analytics
Can view the tenant	Can [create, edit, view and delete] [Forms, Forms Data, Forms Allocation and Forms Library] created by self	Can [create, edit, view and delete] [Connectors, Pipelines, Datasets and Dashboards] created by self
Can view all users and user groups	Can [edit, view only] [Forms, Forms Data, Forms Allocation and Forms Library] shared with the creator	Can [edit, view only] [Connectors, Pipelines, Datasets and Dashboards] shared with the creator

Viewer

The Viewer role has the following permissions

Accounts	Appverse	Analytics
Can view the tenant	Can [create, edit, view and delete] [Forms Data] created by self	Can [view only] [Dashboards] created by self or shared with the Viewer
Can view all users and user groups	Can [edit, view only] [Forms Data] shared with the Viewer
