Quick Filters

Quick Filters in Appverse are pre-configured filters that allow users to instantly filter data without manually setting filter conditions when data is accessed on the data management page. These filters are especially useful for frequently used filter actions, eliminating the need for users to repeatedly set conditions manually, which can be both time-consuming and prone to errors.

Examples

Examples of Quick filter include

• Transactions from the last 7 days

• Sales by product category

• Pending invoices for follow-up

• High-value orders above a certain threshold

How Quick Filters work

• Conditions – Users with access to create and edit forms can configure quick filters based on business needs.

• Access - Users who have access to the form and form data will see these filters on the Data Management Page and can apply them instantly.

• One-Click Filtering – Users need not manually set filters; just select a quick filter, and get the required data.
