These tools assist designers in creating dashboards. Design tools can be applied only on visual components. These tools include

1. Edit - To modify a visual component.

2. Delete - To delete a visual component.

3. Copy - To create a duplicate of a component.

4. Move - To move a visual component from one sheet to another in the dashboard.

5. Lock / Unlock - To lock or unlock a component.
