RESPONSIBLE USE OF OUR SERVICES

You agree to use our Software Services in a responsible manner which inter-alia includes the following

1. You will keep your credentials and account related information safe and confidential. You will not share your credentials and account related information with others.

2. Our product(s) and application(s) will allow you to assign roles and permissions to users joining your organization. The roles and permission(s) allow you to control access to various features and activities on the product(s) and application(s) as well as limit access to data. You are solely responsible for assigning the requisite role and permission(s) as required and as per your internal processes. You will review these role(s) and permission(s) for product(s) and application(s) periodically and remove any access that is no longer necessary.

3. You will deactivate your users if you do not want them to access the software services. Further, you are solely responsible for unauthorized access to your account by a user who you have failed to deactivate at the appropriate time.

4. You will use the Software Services in the manner in which they are listed to be used. You will not subject our Software services to unauthorized use which includes but not limited to tests, reverse engineering, maligning our product(s) and application(s), causing reputational damage, copying, building a competitive product, application or service etc. Please see the section on restricted use of our software services

5. You will respect ours and any third party’s copyright and intellectual property rights when using our software services

6. You will safeguard your own privacy and respect the privacy of others when using our software services. You will avoid asking and sharing personal information that is avoidable and unnecessary

7. You will be vigilant about security threats and take necessary precautions to protect your data and devices. You will inform us immediately about any security breaches including but not limited to unauthorized access to your account while using our services. This will help us to protect you and our other users.

8. You will use our software services in compliance with the local laws and regulations

9. While publicly sharing any information about our services or content created on our product(s) and application(s), you will critically evaluate the implications of your actions

10. You will only create and share content that is accurate, respectful, and does not incite harmful behaviour or violence

11. While participating in our community forums, you will abide by the community guidelines, rules and standards and respectfully treat the other fellow members
