APPVERSE (creator - ViewZen Labs Private Limited) is a multi-platform app that can be used to automate and deploy complex business processes quickly. Appverse applications are created by interweaving forms, dashboards and APIs. Appverse applications provide a native app experience and leverage inbuilt facilities like background syncing, notifications, offline / online mode, custom branding, multi-language support and a large number of pre-built implements.

APPVERSE can be used by our customers to configure and deploy business processes and other forms including those for collecting feedbacks, customer and research-oriented surveys etc. In order to use Appverse, our customers may be required to provide certain personal information about themselves and their users. Our customers may also configure applications that enable them to collect varied data about their customers / target audience / end beneficiaries and in the process may end up collecting some personal and private information about them.

Your accounts in Appverse and your responsibilities

All Customers must have an Account to use Appverse and are responsible for the information it provides to create the Account, the security of its passwords, and for any use of its Account. Appverse customers are entirely responsible for the customer applications deployed on Appverse and for ensuring the security, privacy and confidentiality of the end user personal and other data collected directly or indirectly through applications deployed on Appverse.

End User Responsibility

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or reliability of Applications deployed by our customers or the end user data collected by them. End users’ disclosure of personal information on Customer Applications deployed on Appverse and sharing of any personal, private and confidential information is entirely at End users’ own risk and is governed by any agreement, terms or other relationship between the developer of the Customer Application and End Users. Information we Collect (from our customers)

Personal information is collected from you, when you

• Submit a query through the website

• Register on the admin console of Appverse

• Configure your users on Appverse

• Correspond with us over a call or email

• Participate in a survey and/or respond to a questionnaire

We may also collect certain information from you indirectly based on your usage, actions and interactions in Appverse. Collection of such information helps us in internally analysing our app performance, your interests and needs which further enables us to provide meaningful services to you. Such information includes but not limited to

Your personal information remains stored with us for such durations that may we may deem necessary for meeting regulatory compliances and to safeguard our interests as well as those of our other customers.

If you are an existing Appverse user then you may access and update your personal information by accessing the Appverse web console with your access credentials. If you are an End User, you may contact the Customer application developer for getting access to your data in accordance with the Terms agreed with them while sharing your data.
