SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

Our Software Services can be accessed by paying a subscription fee. Depending upon the subscription plan subscribed by you, you will get access to various features and services for the subscription duration (hereafter subscription period). Access to software services will automatically expire and shall not be accessible upon expiry of the subscription period. To avoid any kind of inconveniences, you should ensure that you renew the subscription before the expiry of the subscription period. The subscription is non- transferable and non-refundable.

Depending upon our business objectives, we at our sole discretion and right, may introduce new subscription plan(s), discontinue subscription plan(s), or change existing subscription plan(s). These changes will not affect your active subscriptions. At our sole discretion, we may offer you options to migrate or change to a new plan, however, you may continue your active subscriptions until expiry without opting for any such change.

Our subscription prices shall only mention the base fee. Taxes, as per local laws and as applicable on the day of subscription, shall be added additionally at the time of calculating the final price.

You may be allowed to use our Software services without paying any fee for a limited duration called the ‘Free Trial Period’. You are neither required to provide any kind of prepayment nor provide payment instrument details to avail the Free Trial Period. Furthermore, you shall neither be required to mandatorily subscribe to a subscription plan nor shall you be enrolled in a subscription plan automatically. However, if you opt not to subscribe to any plan prior to the expiry of the free trial period and a further grace period of 48 hours post the expiry of the trial period, we may remove the data that you may have entered or the content that you may have created during the free trial period. At our sole discretion, we may reduce or increase free trial periods and restrict, disable access to certain features in our Software Services. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section, Services are offered as-is during the free trial, without any warranty, covenant, support or liability whatsoever, to the extent permitted by law.
