PROHIBITED AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited. You shall not

• Try to decouple, disassemble, reverse engineer, stress test our services

• Transfer your account without first informing us.

• Misrepresent your identity, including but not limited to faking, impersonating, or altering personal information with the intent to deceive others or mislead any person as to the identity or origin of any communication

• Attempt to get unauthorized access to any user account or our systems, databases and networks

• Use the Software Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, cripple or harm any of our server, network, computer system, resource etc.

• Create or provide any services based on our software services unless there is an explicit agreement to do so

• Share or reassign user licenses. Please refer to the section on ‘User Licenses’

• Use any third-party sites, data, links, logos, images, content etc. without obtaining an explicit permission or agreeing to the terms and conditions as the case may be

• Try to cripple or impair our software services by uploading material that contains viruses, objectionable content, malwares or other harmful computer codes, files, scripts or programs;

• Use our software services to distribute material containing viruses, objectionable content, malwares or other harmful computer codes, files, scripts or programs;

• Host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that belongs to another person or entity and over which you do not have any right, including personal or confidential information of any person or entity with respect to which you do not have consent or permission from such person or entity;

• Use the Services for transmitting and distributing information that is false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for political or financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;

• Violate any applicable law;

• Use the Services for any form of competitive or benchmarking purposes; and

• Remove or obscure any proprietary or other notices contained in the Software Services.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

You shall refrain from engaging in the following illegal activities

• Spamming: Sending unsolicited messages or content.

• Hacking: Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks.

• Phishing: Attempting to acquire sensitive information by pretending to be a trustworthy entity.

• Harassment or Abuse: Any behaviour that is threatening, offensive, or harmful to others.
