Our Software Services can be used to generate content and share with others on digital media. While we encourage you to generate original and true content and distribute it for the benefit of a larger audience, you agree that you are solely responsible for the content that you generate and the consequences of publishing and sharing with others.
Before publishing and sharing any content publicly, you should remember the following
Your content can be digitized, even if it is published on non-digital channels
Digital content that is once made available publicly may have a digital footprint somewhere on the internet even if it is deleted and not visible anymore
It may be indexed by search engines
You will be solely responsible for any content that is made public without careful consideration or accidently.
You agree that you will not use our Software Services to create, distribute or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, libelous, derogatory, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or is otherwise objectionable, offends religious sentiments, promotes racism, contains viruses or malicious code, biased towards a particular gender, unpatriotic, anti-national, promoting illegal or banned drugs or medicines or other such prohibited items or that which infringes or may infringe intellectual property or other rights of another.
Other users of our platform may share content with you. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, share or use the content for a purpose not explicitly permitted in writing by the person who is creator or owns the right to such content.
In the course of using our Software Services,
if you come across any content with copyright notice(s) or any copy protection feature(s), you agree not to remove such copyright notice(s) or disable such copy protection feature(s) as the case may be.
if you come across any content with copyright notice(s) or any copy protection feature(s), you agree not to further share and distribute it and to promptly inform us about its existence.
By making any copyrighted/copyrightable content available on any of the Software Services, you affirm that you have the consent, authorization or permission, as the case may be, from every person who may claim any rights in such content to make such content available in such manner.
You expressly agree that we will have an unfettered right to immediately block access to or remove such content made available by you if we receive complaints pertaining to it. By using our Software Services and transmitting or publishing any content using it, you expressly consent to immediately respond to questions on legality and infringement.
