ACCOUNT OWNERS AND ADMINISTRATORS

Account Owner has the highest level of privileges.

If you are an individual registering for our service, you will be the account owner. If you are creating the organization account on behalf of an organization, you will be assigned the role of an account owner.

The email-address that is used during the account creation process i.e. of the account owner cannot be changed. Therefore, we recommend that organization accounts be created with separate email-addresses specifically created for this purpose and can be accessed by authorized personnel. We recommend that organizations come up with suitable processes to keep their account owner credentials safe and frequently change the passwords.

If the account owner credentials are lost, we may provide ways to recover such credentials provided we are able to unambiguously establish your ownership. At our sole discretion, we may add additional manual or automated steps or ask for documents in the account recovery process if we feel the need to do so. You understand that all these steps are necessary to keep your account information safe. We shall be neither held liable nor forced, coerced, threatened in any way to recover your account or provide access to an account if you are not able to satisfactorily establish your ownership over the account.
