INACTIVE USER ACCOUNTS POLICY
User accounts that are unpaid and dormant for a continuous period of 60 days in a service that the user can subscribe to will be classified as ‘Inactive User Accounts’ and shall be permanently removed at our sole discretion. Any data and content in these accounts shall not be recoverable once the account is permanently removed.
You agree to take backups of your data and content periodically if you do not intend to use any of our software services for a long period of time. We shall not be liable for any loss of data, content or direct or indirect business or monetary loss on account of permanent removal of inactive accounts.
For the purpose of determining inactive user accounts, each software service that can be subscribed shall be considered independently i.e., activity in one of the services is not sufficient to keep the account active in another service even though they may both be made available through a single user account.
