Create Email Content Using Pre-Configured Templates

Access Email Content Configuration

  1. Navigate to Templates from the left menu.

  2. Click Add Template.

  1. Select Email as the Template Type and choose Static Content or From Datasets as required and fill other details such as Name, Short Name and Description.

  1. Click Next to open the Content section.

Use Pre-Configured Email Templates

  1. In the Email Configuration screen, locate the Pre-Configured Templates button on the right side of the editor.

  1. Click Pre-Configured Templates to view a dropdown list of ready-to-use email layouts.

Types of Pre-Configured Email Templates Available

The system provides multiple email template categories designed for common communication needs, such as:

  • Birthday and Occasion Emails – Used for greetings, celebrations, and special-day communications.

  • Newsletter Templates – Suitable for regular updates, announcements, and informational broadcasts.

  • Event Emails – Used for event invitations, reminders, schedules, and follow-ups.

  • Promotional Emails – Designed for offers, campaigns, and product or service highlights.

  • Reminder Emails – Used for follow-ups, task reminders, and notifications.

  • Survey & Feedback Emails – Suitable for collecting responses and user inputs.

  • Utility Emails – Used for system notifications, confirmations, and transactional messages.

Each category contains multiple layout options that differ in structure, styling, and content arrangement.

Apply and Edit a Pre-Configured Template

  1. Select a template from the dropdown list.

  2. The selected template loads automatically into the Email Body editor.

  1. Edit the content directly within the editor by:

  • Updating text, headings, and paragraphs

  • Modifying images, links, or call-to-action sections

  • Adjusting formatting such as font, size, alignment, and colours.

  1. Customize the Subject line to match the email purpose.

Save the Template

  • Review the final email content and layout.

  • Make any last adjustments to ensure clarity and accuracy.

  • Click Save at the top right corner to store the email template.

  • The saved template appears on the Templates page and is ready for use in campaigns or notifications.

  • The template can be deleted by clicking the three-dot menu on the right side of the saved template card on the All Templates page.
