Create a WhatsApp Provider

To create an WhatsApp Provider

Navigate to "WhatsApp Providers"

Click on "Add Provider" located at the top right corner of the page.

The following option appears to add a provider

Enter the following information to create the Provider

• Name – Enter the name to identify this provider.

• Access token – Your WhatsApp Business API access token. For security, it’s masked after save.

• WABA ID – Your WhatsApp Business Account ID.

• Phone Number ID – The Phone Number ID from your WhatsApp Business account.

• Phone Number – The full WhatsApp-enabled phone number.

For security reasons, the access token is not displayed once saved. If you forget your acess code, please reset it and update it again on this screen.

List of WhatsApp Providers

Once created, providers appear on the WhatsApp Providers page as cards.

Edit a WhatsApp Provider

To edit an WhatsApp Provider, click on vertical 3 dots and use the Edit Option or Click on the Provider card

Delete an WhatsApp Provider

To delete an Email Provider, click on vertical 3 dots and use the Delete Option
