Add Contact
To add a contact and details associated with it
A panel opens on the right side with the "Add Contact'' form.
Enter the required and optional details:
Title – Select from dropdown (e.g., Mr, Ms, Dr).
Name – Full name of the contact.
Organization – The organization the contact belongs to.
Designation – Role or title of the person.
Country – Location or country of the contact.
Email – Contact’s email address.
Mobile Number – Contact’s phone number.
WhatsApp Number – WhatsApp-enabled phone number.
LinkedIn / Facebook / Instagram – Profile URLs (optional).
Language – Preferred communication language.


To add a Tag to a Contact
While adding or editing a contact, click the Select Tags dropdown under the Tag section.
Select one or more existing tags from the list.
To create a new tag:
Click + Add New Tag.
Enter the tag name.
Click Save.

The selected or newly created tags will be associated with the contact once the contact is saved.

List of Contacts
Once saved, the contact appears on the Contacts page under All Contacts.
You can use the Search by name bar to quickly locate any contact.
Each contact card displays:
Name
Phone number
Email ID
Subscription status (Unsubscribe or Resubscribe option)
Tags Attached to that Contact.

Edit a Contact
To edit a contact, click on the contact card to open the Update Contact form on the right side of the screen. Modify any required details. Once all updates are made, click Update Contact to save the changes.

Delete a Contact
Click the ⋮ (three dots) on the contact card.
Select Delete Contact.
Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the contact from the list.

Unsubscribe / Resubscribe a Contact
Each contact card shows a button to manage subscription status:
Unsubscribe – Stops notifications to the contact.
Resubscribe – Reactivates the contact for receiving notifications.
The status updates instantly on the contact card.
