They must be read in conjunction with the overall ViewZen Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern the broader usage of our platform and services.** In the event of any conflict, the ViewZen Terms will prevail for general matters, while these Zenrol specific terms will apply to features and interactions within the Zenrol Application {% endhint %} By accessing or using the Service, ticking the consent box, or submitting a résumé, you agree to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy](https://file+.vscode-resource.vscode-cdn.net/c%3A/Anuj/datasets/AMS/platform-core/docs/legal/PRIVACY_POLICY.md). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ### Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. ### Service zenRol Match lets you submit a résumé and a job description and returns an **AI-generated match assessment -** a score, matched and missing skills, and suggestions. The Service is an **informational aid only**. * The results are **automated estimates** and may be **inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date**. * The Service does **not** guarantee any interview, job, hiring outcome, or level of accuracy, and is **not** career, legal, financial, or professional advice. * You are responsible for how you use the results. ### Honest use The Service is intended to help you **understand and genuinely improve** how your real experience and skills are presented for a role. You agree to use it in good faith. In particular, you must **not** use the Service, or its scores and suggestions, to **create, refine, or present false, fabricated, exaggerated, or misleading information** about your qualifications, experience, skills, or history - whether in a résumé, application, or otherwise. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you submit and of any material you produce with the help of the Service. Suggestions are prompts to present **your genuine profile** more clearly and completely — they are not an invitation to misrepresent yourself. Using the Service to deceive any employer, platform, or third party is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination, and we accept no responsibility for the consequences of such misuse. ### Accounts, Verification and User Responsibilities * You agree to use the Service lawfully and ethically. * You access the Service by verifying an **email address** (via a one-time code or Google Sign-In). * You are responsible for the security of the email account and device you use to access the Service, and for all activity under your session. * You must provide accurate information and not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity. * You must not misuse the Service for unauthorized access, disruption, or data scraping. * The analysis or tools provided are for guidance only and do not guarantee interview, job, hiring outcome, or level of accuracy, and is **not** career, legal, financial, or professional advice. ### Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: * Share your login with others * Use the app to mislead or defraud others * submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you have no right to submit; * submit another person's personal data without their consent; * attempt to probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service, its rate limits, or its security; * use the Service to build a competing product, or resell the Service, without our written permission; * use automated means to create accounts or claim free credits; or * use the Service in violation of any applicable law. We may **suspend or terminate** access, and withhold or reverse credits, for any breach. ### Consent and Your Content "**Your Content**" means the résumés, job descriptions, and other material you submit. * You represent and warrant that you **own or have the necessary rights** to submit Your Content and to allow it to be processed as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or law. * **If Your Content contains another person's personal data** (for example, you submit someone else's résumé), you confirm you have that person's consent and the authority to submit it. * You grant us a **limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence** to host, process, transmit to our AI and service providers, and store Your Content **solely to provide and improve the Service, issue your results, and comply with law**, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of Your Content. ### Subscriptions and Payments * **We encourage users to review the features and pricing before making a payment.** * The Service operates on a **credit** model. A verified user may receive a limited number of **free** checks (subject to per-user and daily platform limits that we may change). Additional checks require **paid credits**. * **Pricing** is shown at checkout. Prices are in **\[INR]** and, where applicable, **\[inclusive of GST]**. * Payments are processed by **Razorpay**; by paying you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not receive or store your card/UPI/bank details. * Credits are granted when payment is confirmed. A valid **tax invoice/receipt** is made available in your account. * **Daily free limit:** free checks are subject to a daily platform-wide budget. When it is exhausted, a free check may be unavailable until it resets; you may still purchase credits to continue. * **Credit expiry:** Unused credits shall expire after 12 months. * A check that fails to produce a report due to our error does not consume a credit. ### Refunds of Failed Transactions & Duplicate Payments * If a payment is deducted from the user's account but the credits are not granted, users must contact support with the transaction reference ID. * We will verify the failed transaction with the payment gateway provider. * **If confirmed, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or the subscription will be manually activated — based on the user's preference.** * We are not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment processors. * **Duplicate Payments: Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.** ### Referrals * You may receive a referral link. When a person who signs up through your link **makes their first purchase**, you may earn a **free credit**, subject to limits we set (including a cap per referrer per period). * Referrals must be genuine. **Self-referral, fake accounts, spam, or any manipulation** is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and suspension. We may change, limit, or discontinue the referral programme at any time, and reverse rewards obtained in breach of these Terms. ### Intellectual Property Rights All content, algorithms, design elements, analytics tools, and visualizations provided by this app are owned by ViewZen Labs Pvt Ltd unless stated otherwise. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited. The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding ("**zenRol**", logos, and marks), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may use your own results for your personal, non-commercial purposes. ### Third-party services The Service relies on third parties (AI providers, Razorpay, email, hosting, Google Sign-In). Your use of those services through the Service may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. ### Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access, at any time - including for breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy by sending a mail to . Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. ### Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: * we are **not liable** for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of employment, opportunity, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service; and * our **total aggregate liability** for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the **greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b)INR 1000** Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. **We encourage users to review the features and outputs before making decisions on the information and the data.** ### Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. ### Disclaimers To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided **"as is" and "as available"**, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results are accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. ### Modifications We may update these terms periodically without prior notice. Any change in the terms of use will be updated on this page. You are advised to frequently visit and read the terms of use to keep yourself informed about the latest changes. You can always check the “Last Updated On” date mentioned above to see when these terms were last updated. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms of Use. ### Governing law and dispute resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of **India**. Subject to any right you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction.
